12 Quail Eggs
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Boil the quail eggs in a saucepan with water until done.
De-shell the quail eggs.
Dip them in olive oil and coat them well in the bread crumbs.
In a frying pan, place the coated quail eggs one by one in the pan on high heat and let them fry until well browned.
Once done, place them in a platter to serve. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
